We support the resistance of foreign co-workers in Hungary, in two languages, English and German.

Before the moving in, the most important actions:
We suggest a one or more days of information trip (infotour), including organizing the trip and carrying out it as well:
Searching for an accommodation -> finding the perfect home
- before it, we discuss with the foreign co-workers what their wishes are, and then we make a list of available apartments and finally we take a look at them
Sightseeing -> the most important and famous attractions
Take a look at educational institutions (schools, kindergarten, day nurseries)
Take a look at cultural supermarkets, shops and other services
After the information trip, we keep in touch through e-mail and telephone in order to discuss further questions and details

- preparing the apartment for the moving in, which includes the procedure of making of the rental contract

SUPPORT OF THIRD COUNTRY CITIZENS
We support third-country nationals of companies with visas or full administration of a residence permit:
- visa, invitation letter administration
- For a stay of more than 3 months in Hungary, handling the application for a residence permit: preparing and filling in official documents (preliminary agreement) and forms, translating documents/extracts/degrees, finding suitable accommodation and arranging a rental contract, continuous contact with the National Directorate-General of Aliens Policing, consulates and the client.

After arriving…
We provide personal assistance for the moving in, and then we also help you handling the official papers. Our consultants and interpreters organize it, and support you through the procedures as necessary.

Families – extra care for them and we are on an alert in 24 hours
It is a hard decision in a foreign person’s life, when it comes to moving and working in a different country. Especially, if they are not moving alone, but they come with their families, wives, husbands and kids to a foreign country. These employees who come with their families are given extra care and attention, and their families as well.
For us, it is important that their families would feel safe and comfortable in our city, and to adapt them and get to know our localities as soon as possible.

24 hours hot line – for emergence services
